1. Install and solder the Ampseal 23 header onto the PCB. Make sure you do not bridge adjacent pins with solder. Make sure it is square with board.
2. Next, you are going to install the components that make up the power supply, and then verify operation. The first part to install is capacitor C14 (399-1818-1-ND, 0.001mf, 102 marking).
3. Assemble and install Fuse holders (F065-ND and 3 F066-ND)
4. Install and solder D12, D13 and D13 (1N4001DICT-ND) - make sure banded end is installed correctly as per board.
5. Install and solder C15 and C16 (P2051-ND, a tantalum capacitor, 22 microfarads (mf)) - make sure polarity is observed. It has a small “+” near the positive lead. The longer lead is also always the positive lead.
6. Install and solder C17 (399-1880-1-ND, 0.1mf, 104 marking).
7. Install and solder L1 and L2 (M7010-ND, inductor, 1uh, small coil of wire with leads). Space the inductor about 1/8” (3mm) off the PCB to avoid sorts on the traces underneath.
8. Install and solder C22 (399-1880-1-ND, 0.1mf capacitor, 104 marking).
9. Install and solder CB1,CB2 and CB3 (RUE110-ND, 1.1A Polyswitch, U110 marking).
10. Install and solder MAIN, FUEL and IDLE Relays (255-1240-ND, JSM1-12V-5 marking)
11. Install and solder D15 (1N4749AMSCT-ND, 24 volt zener) - make sure banded end is installed correctly as shown on the printed circuit board.
12. Install and solder diode D16 (1N4742AMSCT-ND, 12 volt zener, 1N4742 marking) - make sure banded end is installed correctly as per board.
13. Install the voltage regulator U5 (LM2937ET-5.0-ND). This will be secured to the case later.
14. Install and solder C21 (P2047-ND, 4.7mf electrolytic) - make sure polarity is observed.
15. Next, install the 40-pin DIP socket (AE7240-ND(or A9440-ND) for the processor - the notch installs up, top of the board, corresponding to the PCB silk screen. Carefully solder the socket, and check each solder joint for shorts or cold joints.

1. Become familiar with plug assembly. You should build a test cable or you wiring harness now. The test cable is for connecting to a stimulator board to your pc and to MiniMS. MiniMS to Stimulalator cable
